BRIDAL: HAIR & MAKEUP

DRAMATIC bride Maurice. Her “period” theme was characterised by intence eyes, deep colours, 60s beehive hair with a modern twist of curls at the back. She coudn’t hide her excitement from the moment I walked in till the end – Estatic as she looked in the mirror – Joy & nerves. Her gown was bespokely designed to mirror period gowns. She wanted something different and went all out for her special day. Great being a part of her journey to I DO. An absolutely happy bride makes it all perfect.

Bride-to-be Janet shies away fom lighter shadow colours and loves dark lips – darker the better – as she believes light/pale colours do not suit her – beg to differ! Convinced her to trust and try a subtle colour that still pops when smoked out and we worked on a gradient for the lips (medium tone in middle shot to dark in last shot) to create The perfect shade to complement and complete her look.
