MAKING OF A CHAMPION 👑👑👑 This weekend I experienced a new community. One of artistic renown and fascination – I also learnt that makeup for this sport is so different as the face is meant to be several shades lighter than the deeply… deeply tanned body! 😱😱😱 how beautiful is her profile!?! Cheekbones contoured to cut!!
I have a new found respect for the avid BODY BUIDLING & FITNESS community. 🙌🙌🙌 It is easy to sit on the outside and imagine how or why they do what they do, but my goodness: The effort/schedule/tenacity/endurance/discipline that’s required for this sport is beyond belief. Their uber strict diet and workout regime shows their intense strength of character and I was fortunate amongst thousands to have seen the live display of their work.
BIG congratulations to my fierce Natalie on her well deserved trophy! I dubbed her THE WALKING SCULPTURE.
